At Kvijmart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Eligible Products
Most products are eligible for return, except:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary goods
Downloadable digital products.
3. How to Return
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "Order History".
Step 2: Select the order and click "Return Item".
Step 3: Choose a reason and submit the request.
Step 4: Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Free return pickup for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
For buyer's remorse returns, return shipping charges may apply.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or wrong items only.
To exchange, follow the return process and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
